Sandra Walker is co-founder and President with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and possesses an in-depth knowledge in general contracting, construction inspection and management within the commercial construction, public works and government agencies environment.  She has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and is a specialist in Public Relations.  She is a licensed Class A-General Engineering Contractor, Class B-General Building Contractor, and Class C-27 Landscaping Contractor.

   

                                                                                        

Don Baker is the Vice President, and is a Civil Engineering Designer with 35 years of professional experience in many facets of public and private land development and engineering design.  He has performed as a Principal Consultant Plan Checker and Quality Control Engineer on Public Work Projects.  Don maintains strong personal affiliations with public agencies and private engineering firms in the industry.

Ben Ellion, is a registered Professional Civil Engineer, California PE License No. C36393. He is a Construction Manager and technical advisor for Q3 Pacific, Inc.
